  : Good location and was a good base for us to plan our days. Easy walk to beach, strip and up to the Port and surrounding areas. Old town Alcudia easily accessible as well. Room was big enough for family of 3. Slept well despite beds been firm to touch. Clean bathroom and good shower. Pool facilities inside and outside were lovely. Wasnt particularly busy during our stay so there was never a race for sun loungers. Ate breakfast at hotel one morning, good selection of fresh, cold and hot food and drinks. Loved that there was laundry facilities available, worth the small fee. House keeping attentive and cleaned rooms to a good standard, same can be said for waiting, bar and reception staff.
  : Hotel decor dated and tired in rooms and other areas, though this did not impact our stay. I didnt notice or even see advertised that there was evening entertainment for children, was conscious of other guests in evenings that my child wasnt being too boisterous.Patio doors out to balcony could have been more secure, conscious that small children could easily open same and access balcony with no supervision. Could have done with more dish soap for dishes.

  : The location is very good, close to the beach, restaurants, fast food chains (Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut) and several grocery shops (Lidl, Eroski). The breakfast is perfect, with very wide selection, and the staff is amazing. I would like to highlight the helpfulness of Nico (Reception), the friendliness of Jos and Toni (Breakfast), they definitely brightened up our days.
  : Even though the housekeeping could have done a better job when cleaning the rooms and the hotel is a little bit shabby, I still rate the hotel as 10.

  : Gym is almost not existing if you want to do some workout. Only treadmill and a few light weights are available
