  : Big, clean, comfortable and perfect for a holiday apartment. The ground floor patio area was perfect for breakfast. short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops 5 minutes away. It was quiet and felt secure. Complimentary fresh bread delivered daily and a lovely relaxation area in garden with honesty bar, books etc.

  : more of a homely feel with basic amenities. a welcome bottle of vinegar (wine), bottle of water and a couple of snacks. a random dry baguette provided each morning hanging on your door handle (literally a baguette with not). towels changed every other day. 10 min walk from the yumbo. drinks available to purchase on their unmanned bar.
  : arrived to the property for the 12 day stay, and the pin code provided in the original email did not work (had been changed), despite ringing the property and using the buzzer no answer. luckily a couple of guests allowed me through and my keys where kept in an envelope by what Im guessing is the apartment office. Wifi was inconsistent and despite asking for support was refused. the plug sockets were not installed and the bedroom only had lamps to brighten the room. the light was not working. there is one washing machine on site, where guests can request the daily cleaner to use (if you can catch her - inconsistent timing and usually during the day when your out). for an 8 charge. no oven facilities available.

  : The location right next to the dunes, comfortable and well presented property. Very quiet and close to two shopping centres.
  : The Wi-Fi and the water pressure were both inconsistent/unpredictable.

  : I like the friendly and helpful staff , the location and overall experience. The gesture of a gift as wine and fresh bread every morning is very pleasant )
  : Water flow in the bathroom was always changing - sometimes its hard to have a shower, but its not the problem thats devaluates your experience.

  : Excellent location. Close to the promenade with a view of the dunes and ocean in the distance. A 6 minute walk to the Cita centre supermarkets and airport bus stop. And just a 5 taxi ride to the Yumbo centre. Wonderful pool. Lovely quiet location. Quiet code observed throughout the block. Welcoming helpful hosts. Spacious well equipped apartment with generous balcony.
  : In the abnormal heat during our week stay, more shade in the pool area would have been appreciated

  : This location for the beach, CITA, Playa del Ingles, and all the nice bars and restaurants is hard to beat. Small and homely complex, without all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel. Lovely place to come back to and relax. You can often find you have the pool to yourselves. Great facilities in the kitchen, with most things provided. You have a lounge and dining area inside and also a table and chairs (and two comfy loungers) outside on a sizeable balcony. Finally, there was a lovely big shower in the reasonable sized bathroom.The owners and staff could not be more pleasant, helpful, or accommodating (not that common these days, sadly!) Lovely place to stay.
  : If you are looking for super modern rooms, you might be disappointed. That said, you want for nothing and they are clean and spacious. We would have appreciated the chance to put our beds together (they were two singles separated by a bed sude table). This might even have been possible (We just didn't ask)An option to decline the lovely gift of the bread delivered each morning might be an idea as we found we couldn't keep up with it on some days and felt awful throwing it away (perhaps a sign you can hang on the handle the night before?)
