  : great breakfast. you can use the pool facility at the main hotel. the area is quite buzy but the apartments are a little oasis. each unit is very nice and modern. great beds. there is a nice patio to sit in the evening.
  : we had trouble finding the keys to the place but that was our fault as we were looking for apartment 11 in the complex not street address #11 which was a nearby hotel. if a person arrived by taxi on a gps satnav system at the actual key pick up address it would be fine as it is the mother hotel. All that is needed is for the key pick up address to also say the marieta hotel and then it would be obvious.

  : exceptionally clean - newly refurbished with great little pool area . right on front and we enjoyed being on the patio looking towards the sea .
  : had a problem with sofa bed and hon not working but maintenance man came and sorted same day.The only thing we did not like was the fact that other guests reserved the poolside loungers with towels pegged all day and all night - meaning you did not feel able to use this area - needs signs banning and action taking as everyone should be able to use this lovely garden.

  : Everything was right the apartment is conveniently located and views of the ocean from the terrace were awesome.
  : We expected a daily cleaning of the apartment that we did not have though we needed to ask for extra supply of toilet paper, shower gel and clean towels.

  : Well kept villa Lovely gardens and pool.
  : Could have left some cleaning products in the kitchen. Messaged the property regarding where to collect the keys twice received no reply, luckily there was a cleaning lady at the property who took us to the hotel who hold these.

  : Nice location with a pool. Quite big rooms that come with a kitchen.
  : The reception and all facilities were at another hotel, which was never mentioned in the listing. Staff doesn't reply to any messages (including any special requests) or pick up the phone. The images of the rooms are a little misleading (its a renovated older building) but nothing too bad. Met a lot of ants, spiders and a cockroach during my 3-night stay.
