  : Apartment terrace. Plenty of towels. We'll equipped kitchen. Supermarket around the corner. Some essentials provided to get you going I. E. Kitchen cleaning kit, toilet paper. Excellent TV but limited to Spanish output. Washing machine upstairs. Quiet neighbours.
  : No facilities for baggage storage after check out. No air con. Bathroom needs a little attention specifically the paper holder which was rusty.

  : if the Wi-fi was available on the roof terrace that would make it perfect , this would not be a difficult task at all.On a safety note The masonry rail on the roof terrace needs looking at as it is not solid on one section/ corner .A rubber Matt for the bath as it is slippery when showering .

  : there was no water in pool- I came on holiday to swim and relax and couldnt swim- I want my money back as If had known this prior to arrival I wouldnt have come !!!!!!

  : Negatives Bad communication from management company that only sent out apartment entry instructions on our arrival at tenerife airport - not as indicated in information online or as promised in separate private communication with them Overly complicated electronic entrance to compound and apartment Key fob ran low on power and only worked intermittently Surrounding unfinished buildings by pool and opposite compound unattractive - see photos Inadequately equipped kitchen - insufficient cutlery and crockery especially if 4 people were staying Broken patio door lock compromised security - management company not sufficiently interested when reported to them All bed mattresses incredibly hard resulting in poor sleep quality Pillows also uncomfortable Noisy hen party on one evening which lasted till 02.30 No air con and when windows opened at night noise levels inevitably increased

  : - good location right at the "town entrance" of Palm-Mar. - a supermarket, two restaurants and a cafe 3 minutes walking from the appartment - nice swimming pool - large terrace - spacious apartment - easy communication with the owner
  : - the double bed is very small - there is a strange smell in the apartment which not goes away even with open windows - we paid ~ 64 Euro per night in total, which is not that cheap regarding the area and the apartment itself
