  : Good location, swimming pools, although they really need some maitainance.
  : Our bungalow was not clean at all! Bathroom was super dirty, it all looked so used and that no one is taking good care of it, even though it could be very nice place otherwise.

  : The location and the beds were reasonably comfortable but that is all that was positive.
  : The property is teaming with cockroaches, including in the apartments. They advertise the property as self catering but there is no equipment to do that with in the rooms. When asking for dishwasher liquid they said we already had some at checkin (we didnt) and refused to give us some. The bathroom is rotting and smells so. They charge for everything, use of a fan and a safe. The apartments have no aircon or fans in them and this is a super hot country. It makes no sense.

  : It was available while most places weren't. The staff was nice. Relatively close to the beach.
  : Check-in was half an hour later than specified, I had to wait until 14.30. The apartment was right next to a bar. No privacy on the terrace. A walking path is right next to the terrace, separated only by half a meter-tall wall or less. Somebody walking by could have easily taken my phone from my table if I went to the toilet, or someone could have stepped over the wall and gotten into my apartment - no feeling of safety. The kitchen was incredibly poorly stocked, with no cutting board, frying pan, or sponge to wash dishes. Cleanliness wasn't great. Wifi didn't work.

  : This is our second time to stay here and I could not fault anything. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Everywhere is kept spotless.

  : We had our patio door open for most of our stay and our neighbour was a heavy smoker. Most of his smoke came in our door, maybe separate smokers?

  : Start with few positives - we had air conditioning, which apparently most don't. We could not have survived without it. The temperature was a lot hotter than expected for October. Lovely big sunny balcony with beds and parasol, table, chairs. The location of the complex is also not bad.
  : There are slopes and steps everywhere, steadily climbing through the complex and ours was the highest and last one. From reception, 6 flights of concrete staircases to get to our room. There was no mention of this when handed the key at checkin. Carrying a 23kg suitcase was extremely difficult. I had a bad knee and struggled for days, but with the heat too it was extremely hard going. To make matters worse there is no back gate, so we had to go all the way back down to reception/exit to then go all the way back up to the bars and nightlife. To then go all the way down again to reception/entrance, before climbing back up to our room. It was extremely tiring and we had little energy to enjoy the holiday to its fullest. The apartment itself was filthy with a miniscule bedroom. No dressing table area at all, just a mirror on wall, not even a shelf. We used the glass dining table for all makeup, mirror, hair, jewellery etc.The bathroom also dirty, the bath flaking off, grout and sealant brown and gappy. It seemed nothing had been cleaned for years except the sink and toilet. The floors, walls, edges doors, handles, lightswitches all dirty. Even a poo stain rubbed on the wall! Old, tatty, tired decor would be acceptable if clean!There was a loose dangerous plug socket hanging out of the wall with tv plugged into it.The cleaner did no actual cleaning, just changed beds twice and remarkably changed towels 5 times, which was not needed.Every pool was filthy around the edges and had tiles missing on the bottom. Again several flights of steps or slopes to get to each one. The bar/restaurant was the only area that could be reached without steps, on one route. It was hot in the bar seating area as fully enclosed on 3 sides, almost underground and no air conditioning.We decided against eating in the restaurant due to the dirty conditions but many nice restaurants around, especially at the seafront side. The hotel bar was also more expensive than outside bars.

  : Great location, friendly staff, bathrobes and slippers, fabulous weather, pool view, comfy beds. We hired air-con for 20, best decision ever and they refunded the money when we checked out. We were all inclusive, but the room had all facilities for self catering also. Added bonus of a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with water and lemonade, thank you!. Staff work very hard and are extremely helpful. Great variety of food and drinks. They also provided towels and our balcony had 2 sunloungers, table chairs and a sun umbrella. Great entertainment. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and really enjoyed it.
  : The room is a bit dated in areas and could do with painting/ updating, but it's generally well maintained.
