  : We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, we decided to prolong our stay, but it wasn't the best decision that we made. Its a small and nice hotel but unfortunately is missing the cleaning services. In all the period that we stayed there, our room was clean only once time, although every day the sign Please make up the room was put on the door. The cleaning lady entered into the room when we put the sign Do not disturb at list 3 times. It was the most rude person that we met there. When we asked her to clean our room, after the four hours that we spend with our baby in the sun, she told us that she was tired and that she had a lot of work. As a result, she didn't clean our room. :(

  : Many things were not open. We ordered a breakfast box since we paid for breakfast but left too early to the airport. We only got a toast with ham and cheese what was actually a bit disappointing for the price.

  : Good location for beach and 15 min walk from Can Pastilla. Easy taxi from airport. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Balcony. Rooftop pool open till 11pm. Nice shower.
  : The rooftop pool wasnt heated but it was still lovely after my flight from the rainy UK!

  : The staff were very friendly, nice and always helpful.
  : There were no water glasses, cups or kettle in the room. The safe did not work - there was no key to set it up. From cosmetic accessories there were only soap and shower gel. There was no shelf or hook in the shower.There is actually no door to the toilet - it is glass, does not close, there are large gaps between the ceiling, floor and door. We didn't notice this in the photo when we booked the room. To us this seems like a very strange solution for a family or couple room. The bedding was quite old, with lint. The pillows are also very old and worn out, uncomfortable, definitely need replacing. The rooms have poor noise insulation, at night we woke up to the fact that someone was checking into the neighboring room, although it was clear that the person was trying not to make noise. It's not all that critical, so our vacation wasn't ruined, but this is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Expectations were not met and in our opinion the price does not match the quality.
