  : In the our room there was no internet connection in last night till our checkout, to use internet we had to go in yard or in the main building, I have told it to reception 2-3 time but noting happened

  : Quite clean. Very near the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel itself feels very luxurious but not hot a great view as it’s more on the road. It was ok and if you find a cheaper rate than usual or others in the area then I’d recommend. Stayed one night before a flight the next morning as it was so close to the airport, just a few minutes away from the bus to take you there. Although there were minor issues it was way more luxurious than I expected, I didn’t look before I booked I just needed a cheaper hotel that was near the airport for one night and I turned up and was shocked honestly! Breakfast had so much choice and everything I tried was really good! Spa treatments looked nice too!
  : Staff a little rude at the bar but nicer on reception. Ladders to get into the pool were very unstable. Pool bars close quite early when the sun is still out. Lots of ants and mosquitoes in the room without opening any windows. Air conditioning didn’t get cold enough to sleep so was boiling at night so I slept without the duvet and got bitten a lot by the mosquitoes. Remember mosquito spray if staying in the area, not an issue at all with Cala D’Or where I had spent the previous week.

  : The hotel has everything what one needs for a relaxing vacation.I enjoyed sitting by the pool and reading my book. The very friendly staff prepared a fantastic breakfast for us, and the snack bar served delicious burgers or sandwiches for lunch, along with nice cocktails- one even does not need to leave the hotel :) The location is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The room was comfortable with a spacious balcony, AC worked good, we bought coffee pads for coffee from reception.Spa and massage service is available.

  : -The rooms are clean.-The bathroom is also very clean.-The balcony is large enough to relax on.-The reception staff allowed me to store my luggage until check-in.
  : -The reception staff were rather cold and unwelcoming.-I had to pay the city tax again upon arrival, despite already paying it online.-The rooms are small and bland, resembling a hospital room with mostly white and gray tones.-The bed covers are thin like sheets, the decorative pillow looks extremely cheap, and the mattress was too hard for my taste.-There was no kettle with instant coffee or tea, which I believe should be a standard amenity in a 4-star hotel.-The closet safe requires renting a key, which is outdated and inconvenient. A safe with a combination lock would be more modern and practical.-The plastic chairs on the balcony could use cushions.-The terrace light cannot be turned off.-Noise from the pool area, especially live music in the evenings, is quite loud and disruptive, even with the balcony door closed.-The air conditioning is very loud on any setting above the lowest fan speed, and the poorly installed vent covers are an eyesore.

  : The closeness to the airport. Pool is great and how you can get a taxi in 2 mins 24/7. The beds were comfy and pillows.
  : I found the bathroom very old fashioned and smelt a little musky. Considering it was a junior suite, it felt like a basic room with an accessible bathroom. The shower head was not very powerful and there was also no full length mirror anywhere. The view was poor looking out at the back garden wall. It wasn’t as luxe for a suite. I think the hotel should provide free beach/pool towels that do not require a deposit. Also the coffee machine was out of order when we wanted hot drinks.
