  : Difficult to locate the apartment from within the parking complex even though they are physically close together. Please provide a simple map.Bed was small and very bouncy. Shower ran out of hot water too quickly.Induction stove is great but the large frypan does not work on an induction stove.

  : Location direct in the center of Palma was top, Cleanness and the Equipment/Set-up of the apartment also fine
  : In the photos it looks like the garage is right next to the entrance, but the parking is in a neighboring parking garage. Unfortunately, this info did not reach me by mail and therefore we drove with the rental car to the address, which unfortunately has been forbidden and despite the very displeased host, he has organized us an exception confirmation for this access, nevertheless, the manner of the on-site communication with the host was rather unfriendly.

  : Beautiful apartment, with some historical touches mixed with modern style. Two floors and central location.
  : Small things like the rugs in the house didn't have an anti-slip mat, so there were some precarious moments slipping around. The shower had some things that we could use, but they weren't marked so I'm not sure if what we used was shampoo, conditioner or liquid soap - so we simply used our own. Retrieving the keys after hours was a bit of an issue, and was forced to use WhatsApp even though I have a personal policy of not using Facebook platforms. I don't understand why I couldn't use Booking.com's messaging system or make arrangements weeks in advance, instead was told to write the property owner the day of to let them know we are on the way.
