  : Staff were fantastic - we couldn't fault any one of them. Friendly, efficient, helpful... Room was lovely, everything was spotlessly clean.
  : Food was OK; nothing memorable. Drinks - unbelievably bad! Where do you get your spirits from? They were awful! I'd stay at the hotel again, but Room Only or Bed & Breakfast. Such a shame that the tennis court and crazy golf were so run down and unusable - why? It wouldn't take much to get them useable again.

  : I had all inclusive and food was very various and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms restaurant and pools were clean

  : The location was great, right by the beach. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
  : We did not get any sleep for the four nights we stayed. The noise was unbearable. The lifts made a very loud noise, like someone dragging furniture, which kept us awake from early morning until very late. Every noise in the hotel amplified up the stairwell. The breakfast canteen was also very loud.

  : + Extremely kind & zealous staff+ Located right by the beach & nice view over the bay+ 3 different pools & more than enough sun beds+ Easy parking & close to Palma Airport (~26min by car)+ Plenty of restaurants & shops close by
  : - Room was extremely outdated & rundown(To be specific: old, dirty carpet floor; cracked paint and wood on walls, bedframe and ceiling; rusty metal on doors; chipped tiles and unfinished facilities in the bathroom; uncomfortable old single beds pushed together serving us a double-bed)- Walls were extremely thin and not soundproof whatsoever (you could basically be part of the TV programme, nighttime activity or conversation of your neighbors)- Food quality was poor and mostly based on cheap, fatty & sugary ingredients- Variety of food & drinks was poor (Sidenote: stated on their website that they would offer vegan options but didnt even know what vegan was so my company mostly had to live off of defrosted veggies, fries & poorly cooked potatoes or rice)- Cocktails at the all-inclusive bar came in cheap reused plastic cups and constisted of premixed high-sugar sirups & barely noticeable alcohol-content out of a machine that hardly resembled what for example a Mojito is- Wine options were basically white & red, no brand and/or quality to it- The dining hall was extremely loud, crowded and had the atmosphere & luxury of a school cafeteria (the canteen at my office is shockingly fancier than that)- Eating outside is at your own risk since you cant leave food alone at the table or pigeons will conquer it- Both the minigolf & tennis area were unavailable/closed during our entire stay

  : Breakfast was great, as well as dinner. The view from the room was awesome.
  : There is no air condition in the hallway. The rules with tokens and cups are ridiculous, there are no complementary drinks.
