  : Very convenient to the bus station and the city. The apartment is basic but clean and comfortable. The elevator to the second floor was appreciated. The neighbourhood was reasonably quiet. We enjoyed our stay in this area and would stay in this property again.
  : There was only one frypan and one damaged saucepan for cooking. The saucepan was required for heating water to make tea and with a damaged handle this was awkward. Some wine glasses and a corkscrew and bottle opener could be expected in Spain. These are small complaints but could help to improve the quality of your stay.

  : As a lone traveller, and a mature student of spanish ,I was within 15 mins of the school.which was perfect .murcia is a lovely interesting city .
  : I had to dust the apt before I unpacked as the standard of cleanliness was very poor .The white walls in the sitting room needed a lick of paint and it lacked basic furniture ,like a chair for the table , A reading lamp in the bed room .Do an inventory as many necessities missing.
