  : The location was ideal to get around the city which is what we were looking for. It was quiet (except Sunday mornings due to the bells) and not so much traffic or noise from the road. The person on reception was friendly when we arrived. The bathroom and sleeping area was clean. And there is AC that works
  : I booked this for its location and a base to start to try to find longer term accommodation for my daughter. I tried a number of times through Bookings.com and by email in Spanish to contact the venue for help on or a few issues but also as the booking offered a free pickup for this location on the booking and through the venue. I did not get any response and in the end just phoned a day before where I was told this was not possible. Overall this is not the place to stay if you have to share a room or have any luggage. This was the most over priced room I have paid for. The room was so small, pokey, and dark - it had no room to put anything anywhere - even the closet was so thin that the hangers could not hang properly and had to be hug sideways. The beds were small and uncomfortable. There was one plug for charging over the bed which meant that the wire was down on top of you. The light above one bed had no switch so did not work. The shower was old and painful to use with a shower curtain that just cling wraps you and the shower head did not stay in the direction you wanted. If you had luggage (and we did have two suitcases with us) there is nowhere to put them. This is a fire risk and we kept having to climb over the beds to get to the small bathroom. No breakfast is included in the cost but you can buy a token to the caf below for Eur 3.50 per person. And you can buy water and drinks from reception but no water is provided in your room. There is no lift for heavy suitcases and no offer to help myself or my daughter with our bags. Overall I would very much recommend an Air B&B as better value for money. We left the accommodation after 4 days (booked for seven) but they have not provided any refund for the days we paid for but have not used. I was so disappointed and upset as I was bringing my daughter with me for her her year abroad and this place just did not help to provide a helpful stepping point in this transition,
