  : Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a suite, very nice indeed. Breakfast was excellent. Very busy at times but never too crowded. Good selection of food. Never ran out of anything that I could see.
  : Its not the hotels fault but there were loads of kids everywhere! Having a great time I must add but that did surprise me a bit.

  : Very good breakfast with separate adult area (good for couples, because there are many children in the hotel).Comfortable location: near to the sea and bus stop, some restaurants, shops and bars are also near. Swimming pools area has many sun beds.
  : Wifi was really very bad. After we complained, the maintenance guys came and fixed the router in our room. But unfortunately WiFi didn't work properly also after that.The cleaning could be better. Table ware at the main restaurant is incredible unclean. The hotel seems to be old and worn-out. Service respond is quite poor: simple inquiries to the desk like to get an iron were just ignored.

  : Location - Approx 20 min from Airport via Cab/Public transport(near to Bahia Feliz bus stop). Check for public transport timings as its quite cheap and convenient as the buses have a separate luggage space. We went for All-Inclusive and the quality of food options were really nice. Kids food section was also decent. Food Options - Breakfast - Live cooking section for Omelettes & Pancakes with other items like Croissants(was super tasty), Porridge, Granola, fresh fruits etc. Lunch - Live cooking section for perch or turkey/chicken breast with other items Pizzas, rice, casserole, whole baked chicken/fish, pastas, noodles, stirred fried veggies, desserts(lot to choose from) ofc :) etc. Dinner - Lunch - Live cooking section for perch or turkey/chicken breast with other items rice, casserole, whole baked chicken/fish, pastas, noodles, stirred fried veggies, desserts(lot to choose from) ofc :) etc. Pool - Children/Baby pool as advertised! Family pool with Aqua fit like activities which was really great. There were other activities also aligned during the day which were fun as well. Bahia Feliz beach was quite near but it was more of a pebbles beach with black sand. Room - It was a decent room with basic TV with loaded channels in English, German, Swedish, Russian, Spanish etc., small fridge, water kettle, safety box. Room cleaning service was par and punctual.
  : WiFi service wasn't seamless. We had troubles here and there connecting to WiFi on Apple & Samsung phones both.

  : customer service and front desk were friendly
  : the room was ancient. We paid a lot of money for this stay. our room was ugly, with leaking bathroom ceilings, and broken lamps, The AC was noisy when we arrived. The bathroom door doesn't close. The towels were old and tattered. The bathroom floods very quickly. The tap and toilet are worn out. The bed is shallow and falls in. All drawers and shelves were falling apart. Wifi also doesn't get connected at all times. The room did not look at all like the advertised pictures on booking.com. We spent all our time complaining to the front desk and booking.com. Booking.com took forever to register the complaint. each agent gave us different information about how to raise the complaint and we are still dealing with the issue after the vacation. Overall it was an awful experience from both booking.com and the hotel. We are surprised by the other positive reviews here.

  : Big room, balcony was nice
  : No shampoo / conditioner in the bathroom which given the price of the room we thought was standard. Pool closes at 5pm which is early. We called to ask what time the evening show was going to end and were told security would come up to our room to check if we actually had noise - which we did from the show - nobody turned up. Wifi was horrendous - took forever to connect then would continuously disconnect. We ended up using the data from our phones. Again given the price of the room working wifi should be standard however apparently not.
