  : - spacious- well equipped kitchen- small private gym in basement- Useful utility with washer & dryer- in a quiet location
  : We made two bookings (to stay a total of 31 nights consecutively). This review relates to the first 21 days only.- the location is not at all pleasant (access is via a back road jammed between a block of holiday rentals and another row of villas)- at night (and in evening) there is virtually no lighting in access alleyway this makes it feel unsafe- the villa, upon arrival had a horrendous smell... was told it was cleaning fluid (our experience suggest that it might have been remnants of fumigation)- it took days and days to air the villa the smell being unpleasant - we purchased 6 air fresheners and spray air fresheners and still the smell pervaded- it rained (ok it does that sometimes). On this occasion the rain was so hard that the upper floor (covered in astro turf) with no apprentice drainage flooded and rain water completely ingressed into villa on upper ground floor - we had to use all towels to create a flood barrier- called emergency number provided but was told maintenance / owner would be informed and they would attend tomorrow (thats not at all helpful when the villa is flooding)- they didnt attend until next day and even then did nothing but smile - they didnt even take away the soaking towels nor mop - nothing!- same problem with rain/water ingress on the night same & again on following night - WiFi in the villa was not always reliable (when we enquired about this we again were told maintenance to be informed and then city council were blamed)We asked to stay 1 to 2 hours longer at the end of 31 days and were told no!Well that speaks volumes about the value placed upon your custom. Would I recommend the villa? No. Problems occur - of course they do - but what matters is that as a guest you are treated like a guest and feel supported when issues arise.We complained to the management company twice.I wouldnt stay here again.
