  : Very secure, good staff and we'll set up. All for a good price.We have booked this hotel for years and go at least once a year. We always get a genuine welcome from the longer term staff. As they remember us when we first meet up every time we arrive for our carefree holiday at this hotel

  : The pool area was clean and well maintained. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The food was good, there was plenty of choice with fried eggs and omelettes cooked to order at breakfast and meat and fish cooked to order at lunch and dinner. The pool bar offers drinks from 11 am to 11 pm with 2 local beers on offer and various cocktails which are all premade/boxed mixtures which i found quite sweet.
  : The accomodation in general really needs to be updated. The beds were not very comfortable and we found dead cockroaches a few times in the room. The kitchenette is tiny and doesnt have a great deal of equipment. However, with the hotel being all inclusive it is not really needed. We went at a very busy time and it was very difficult to get sunbeds around the pool and almost impossible to get in the pool with the amount of people in it. (Our visit was during the Maspalomas Football Tournament and the under 10 football teams and parents were all staying there).
