  : Very nice, well equipped apartment with great access to the public transportation and to the downtown. There are many things to do/see around. Jose (the host) is extremely kind and he was very helpful giving great hints & tips about Madrid. The Rentalisapartments also helped quickly when we needed heating facility.
  : The windows of the apartment open to a party square. Every night was very loud (loud music and shouting drunk people around) and couldn't sleep at all. Also the windows are in bad conditions and cannot be closed properly. All of them should be repaired and sealed otherwise the guests will be disappointed.

  : Location, Location, Location. Less than a block from Plaza Espana metro and very easy access to all of Madrid. There were several restaurants in the plaza at the entrance to the building and even a supermarket across the street.
  : The address on booking website needs to be updated to show correct address and pin to the proper point. The building is large and older, but all of the facilities in the unit were up to date. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. Washing machine, iron, very convenient. Heat wave was hitting Madrid with 40C so the AC had a hard time catching up, but thats to be expected under the circumstances.

  : The location was ok itself. Close to the suwaay and the apartment is well decorated although pricy for the quality of the building and sound isolation. Also, not enough toiletries and coffee.
  : It was extremely loud. The windows are not isolating the sound from the outside and the building is located in an area with people that apparently don't sleep, never. From Thursday to Sunday the evening was always a hell, people screaming, music, street fights, etc. No chance to sleep and rest. Terrible.

  : Fantastic location at the beautiful Plaza dEspaa, super close to the city center and with easy connection to the airport and cafes, restaurants and shops super close. The view is breathtaking too. The appartment is super clean and comfy and the staff very nice, responsive and accomodating. I can only recommend!
