  : Horrible! I booked the hotel one hour prior to arrival, when I arrived there it was locked both on the outside and on the inside of the building so you were dependent on the availability of the person in the front seat who wasnt there. Already felt extremely claustrophobic. When I arrived Ive been told theres no window in my room, which was not mentioned in the room description. I asked for a cancellation and the person in the front seat told me to contact booking to get a refund but when booking is contacting them, they wont get me a refund. So for one hour of booking (10 minutes of which I was standing outside in the rain waiting for someone to open the door for me) I was charged full amount even though there was not full disclosure of the room having no window. Very disappointing and Im still waiting for my refund.
