  : The room is not bad. But we arrived and the AC wasnt working. I informed the property about it and they apparently sent someone to fix it and when we can back it was still pretty HOT. No AC I asked to change room since that was extremely hot and had no response.
  : No elevator. Which can be a bit of pain in the azz

When approached the staff to rectify queries, he ignored everything stubbornly 6. Looked like a prison with 4 to 5 codes

  : The after hours check in was uncomfortable. Key boxes gave me a hard time to open, even though I was putting the right pin.NO LIFT Pay attention during booking.

  : Clean room, confortable beds, and great location. The hallways are very small and kinda messy, but the room itself was very good. Nothing bad to point out about it.
  : Lots of stairs, bad air conditioning. Also, when we made the reservation we were informed via booking, in writing, that at check out we could leave our luggage at the hotel until 5pm. But when we asked for it, the staff said it wasn't possible. This was really bad because our flight was late at night and we were really counting on that... But besides that, not much else to point out.

  : Location is perfect. The neighborhood is amazing lively, you are in a heart of Madrid.
  : Upon check-in, I was greeted with a room that differed significantly from the one portrayed in the pictures. The room was notably cramped, featuring three single beds instead of the expected twin room configuration. This initial letdown was exacerbated by a language barrier with the representative, making it challenging to communicate my concerns effectively. The room itself was far from satisfactory. The lack of cleanliness was evident, and the bathroom was so diminutive that maneuvering within it proved to be a challenge. The shower curtains were stained, casting a shadow over the hygiene standards of the establishment. The room's lighting was inadequate, giving rise to a gloomy and unwelcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the bedding provided fell short of acceptable standards. Only one blanket was available, and it was far from clean, rendering it unusable. The air conditioning system, while effective in cooling the room, but it was so cold that I wanted to turn it off and open the window. Unfortunately, the window faced a wall and the windows of the building in front, so I couldn't get any fresh air. Adding to the overall sense of disappointment was the management's response to my reasonable requests. A plea for a late checkout, after enduring a series of unpleasant experiences, was met with a refusal. Despite the booking confirmation's assurance of luggage storage, my request to leave my belongings for a short period after checkout was also denied. In a surprising twist, my departure unveiled other rooms that were notably cleaner, more spacious, and much closer to the advertised images. It was disheartening to realize that these rooms existed, suggesting a lack of consistency and care in providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
