  : The location of the apartment is stellar, the condition was also very good and clean. It lacked a couple of basic things like clotheslines to dry the laundry but they where fast to provide it once requested.
  : The parking space provided by the apartment was a nice touch but the actual location and layout of the parking was ridiculously difficult. I wouldn't recommend it

  : Very nice hostess, great location, big and spacious apartment. Everything within walking distance.
  : The stairs leading to the attic bedroom at quite tiny and does not feel very safe when you're +180 cm (picture 45), although we had no accidents or anything. Other than that nothing to put a finger on.

  : The only good thing about this apartment is its prime location! It's in the middle of Puerta del Sol, very accessible to Gran Via and other sites. We had a terrible experience from the beginning to the end of our 2-day stay. We were told we can check in at 2 pm and we had to wait one extra hour in the street for no clear reason. Communication with the agency in charge was almost impossible as they do not speak English. We were lucky to have one of the staff Lebanese and speaks Arabic, otherwise there was absolutely no way for us to communicate with them, and they kept hanging up on us whenever we called. The apartment is dirty; plates, glasses and utensils smelled horribly and were stained, we found spots of what looked like blood on the bed covers, and hairs on other ones, and dust and used floss in corners of living room!! The water mixer in the showers does not work; we had to shower in either freezing cold water or boiling hot water. Even after we made calls to the agency and they "fixed it", nothing worked!The apartment looks very nice on the inside, but one of the bedrooms is accessible through a tight spiral ladder and we weren't able to bring up our luggage.I wouldn't recommend this apartment even to someone with the lowest of expectations!

  : It was a great stay. The location is in the heart of Madrid with all the required attractions around. The apart is very comfortable with the cool interior design, nice furniture, and well-thought equipment. It was convenient to use the well-equipped kitchen after a long and tiring working day. Relaxing in the bathtub, cooling down under the AC, watching the Calderon Theater at nights, it was fun to stay here. The attendant guy, Williams, was very friendly and helpful. It was understandable that they get a €200 deposit for insurance of the apartment as it is decorated with expensive equipment.
  : The connection was medium-weak in many parts of the apartment though there were two wifis. Maybe they could strengthen them with a signal booster. Not a priority, but they should put a modern TV with a Netflix application for guests, like us, who travel for work and would like to rest at nights instead of going out.

  : The apartment is GORGEOUS. I got excited the moment I stepped into it. It's very clean and organised. The host gave a proper walkthrough of the house and explained the instructions clearly. This place is PERFECT if you're looking to stay near the Gran Via area. The main shopping street close by. Plus, you will also have MANY shopping options along the streets just outside the apartment. There is a supermarket close by and LOTS of cafes around. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Madrid.
