  : Location is perfect in city center
  : Apartment is to old and need to repare many thinks inside, and also noise fron other apartment is to loud and you cant rest. All information regarding apartment entering and otger things is to complicate specialy for some older person. I choose to pay deposit in office on arrival but they are block my enetring in apartment because on the end i must pay by card online. To many instruction for many thing which you need to follow and nobody explain well. Other things is okey.

  : It was a bit small for 5 people but we knew where we were going to be. The application and door opening was a bit confusing. Also, the deposit was a lot and for that money, we were expecting a bit more.

  : The safety was bad. My brother's handphone was snatched at the main door when he's using handphone app to open the main door. And the app is terrible, not functioning properly sometimes.

  : Location was really good, just a 5 mins away from city centre with many good restaurants and cafes around.
  : One of the toilet had a terrible smell coming from the sewage, especially after flushing. I feedback to the management and they said they will send someone down to check, but no one came at all. We had to bear with the smell the entire time. For some reason, the same toilet had a window that can be seen from outside level 2, it doesnt help the privacy at all when sitting on the toilet bowl or showering. I had to cover the window personally with some plastic. About midway through my stay I requested for a late checkout, at which they said to check back 1 day before. When I did that, they said check again on the checkout day itself at 10am. When I tried calling at 10am to confirm, it was so difficult to get through the automated voice operator. Finally someone replied me through booking.com and while Im grateful my request was granted, the process was so difficult for my and my group to make plans. Worst of all, when it was confirmed that we have late checkout until 1pm, upon coming back to our apartment we were locked out of the main door - of which at this point I wasnt surprised at all considering how bad the service has been. Again, tried calling twice and the staff just wasnt helpful at all. We were stuck outside for 15 mins and the only reason we were able to get back in was because someone happened to be inside and opened the door for us. All in all didnt think that staff was very helpful at all during our stay and not pleasant at all, especially the toilet situation
