  : Many things :1- the staff is really unresponsive, u need to ask multiple times, 2- i have put on the door do not disturb, yet the housekeeping everyday opens the door on me without knocking 3- the cleaning is not well

  : The staff was generally nice and accessible. The location of the hotel was great. The details in the toiletries available in the room.
  : The decoration of the rooms was a bit too much. The TV available in the room didn't allow mirror screening from iOS or Mac. But the worst part about our stay was definitely the pool area. Even before we'd arrived the hotel it was clear that the pool parties we're a major deal for the hotel. Even as a gay couple it was quite uncomfortable to go to the pool area. Most of the people there weren't guests at the hotel. The pool was crowded and actually it seemed kinda a cruising spot. We'd like to enjoy the pool but we didn't because of the disproportionate amount of people in the space, the constant movement of couples coming and going to the toilets and everything with a great compliance of the roof top bar staff.
