  : The airport shuttle was good. It runs once an hour when you need to get to the airport. I needed to be picked up and needed to call them. They are not in whats app and I did not have a way to call locally.
  : That they did not use WhatsApp for calls. And they responded too slowly to emails in Booking.com for a last minute reservation.

  : Nice hostal, very friendly and helpful staff and airport transport is good. Had a small bar on premises with coffee and drinks and a paid, small buffet breakfast.
  : Room is small enough for 3 people. Shower is small. Bed quilts or cushion covers in room seemed to be a little dusty. Location is a fair walk (15 min) from bars, cafes and restaurants.

  : Very comfortable and spacious family room
  : We waited 45 mins for the transfer which at midnight with kids was hard. Then on arrival we were told there was no space on the 6am transfer, or the 5.30, or the 5am (this is at 1am). I was told I could book an uber myself!! And when I asked them to book a taxi for 6am, I was told to come down at 5.50 and I would have to ask the staff to book me one then. We duly came down at 5.50 and there was no staff. He arrived at 5.58 and then hurriedly called a cab and then drove off with the people who were lucky enough to get the transfer (7 spaces!). The cab cost us 15very annoying.We are staying again this Sat night and have asked if we can book the early transfer and been told no, you can only book when you arrive at the hotel, so I guess its another stressful late night and early morning not being able to call a cab until morning staff arrive. For an airport hotel it wasnt ideal as its literally in a residential area and therefore its not as if you can stand in the middle of the road and flag a cab.

  : Friendly staff. Nice location near gardens and a small shopping centre. Great transport to the nearby airport.
  : The bathroom facilities are within the room itself. Not closed off. While not a problem for a solo traveler, it might not be as suitable to a couple.
