  : Easy check in, English speaking, shuttle was on time and efficient, pretty quiet, room was clean, even the floor. There is a mini fridge in the room. Dinner is served at 930 in the restaurant, we didn't eat there though. We went next door to eat but I wouldn't recommend that restaurant for more than beers. There are others in the area, though. There is a small supermarket with your basic needs directly across the street. I have to travel a few times a year out of Madrid and I would stay here again. We have been on a search for a good hotel that we can return to everytime. I dont think this hotel was perfect but I would be content to stay there again in the future.
  : We tried to cool the room down with the a/c in the room but from when we checked in at 430 to when we left the next morning at 940, the room only cooled 2 degrees. It wasn't stifling, at about 76 f° but it also wasn't cool enough to combat a very warm Madrieno July day. So, we were never able to really cool down. The shower was a bit moldy too. Not terribly but you can tell where attention is paid to cleaning and maintainence and where its not. I also believe we were missing some amenities.

  : Receptionist was friendly but not flexible
  : The pool was not open and for most people using this hotel the pool looks good in pictures but is not same in reality it’s un maintained and the opening hours are so short it makes it inaccessible. Our air conditioning reduce the temperature by just 1.5 degrees to 24.5 in 10 hours of running. We were offered an alternative room when we asked about its failure, but were told the air conditioning is just as bad if not worse in it. I suggested that maybe they could give us a breakfast if these faults were present but was told it was not an option. So if you want to pay extra for not receiving these items it’s your choice. I said I know I would not return here.

  : Close to the airport and free shuttle to it.Some quite decent restaurants close by.
  : Swimming pool opens pretty late in the day (11am) and closes very early.Not very clean.No free water provided.Expensive with no breakfast included, if you want it, you'll need to pay almost 15e, which is delusional for Spanish standards.

  : Good experience at this hotel, the staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also clean ( a bit small), the property is close to the airport and they offer shuttle service for free, it also has restaurants surrounding it. Overall I was pleased with this hotel and my stay.

  : Parking was difficult with very small spaces, and pillars everywhere. Very hard to turn the car.Bed was hard.Blind on window was torn."Ground floor" room required elevator and lots of walking to reach."Pet -friendly" room had a shabby entrance, felt like we were being punished in the worst part of the hotel - and it cost 25 euros extra!!It wasn't that close to the airport - difficult to navigate for a non-resident.
