  : good location, very clean apartment, fairly quit for its central location, nice little balcony for morning coffee, great bed in bedroom and reasonable bed opens in living room. host was very responsive
  : too small for 4 people, access to single bathroom through the bedroom , espresso machine but no espresso capsules, not the end of the world but would be nice.

  : The only good thing about this place is its location. It is located near a Park Retiro which was convenient, even though the park is closed for 2 months as of January 2021. Keep that in mind when you book your place of stay.
  : The facility was not as described on the pictures. It has locations where it needed renovation like the bathroom and the faucet which took forever to get the water drained. I could not wash my hands normally without waiting for minutes for water to drain away. This place needs major renovation on top of the horrible smell. It smelled like a cat urine, as if the cat lived there forever and they still cannot get rid of the horrible smell. The place was so tinny on top of everything that my husband and I could barely walk into the room without stepping on the side of the bed. Then there was this horrible noice at nights in the bedroom, we could not figure out where it was coming from. Good luck to falling asleep. I would never recommend this place for anyone. The pictures they took look nothing like the apartment in real life. Enjoy !!!

  : In apartment nearby, a dog never stopped chirping and barking. Suggest that property management be contacted

  : The location is very nice, close to Retiro Park, Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Reina Sophia and Fountain De Cybelles - it is a great opportunity to visit the city and main attractions of Madrid. The entrance to the building is clasy and concierge very polite and helpful. The apartment is spacious, modern and smart, with all facilities you need.
  : The bathroom, although spacious and comfort, requires some renovation, especially the shower that generates very unpleasant smell

  : The host was very friendly and helpful, he met us personally and mad us feel welcomed. The location was great - literally 2 minutes from Prado museum. Apartment is small but well equipped and stylish.
  : The space was a little too tight for our family of four, but we managed.

  : Aircon a bit noisy on startup but settled down after about 5 minutes. Let owners know to see if can be fixed.
