  : I stayed there for +20 days, is comfortable. The kitchen, fridge, washing machine, etc were brand new. Nice air and light coming from the balcony. Staff was super professional and helpful.
  : Lacked some crockery. I would add 2 additional towels. The walls are thin, you can hear other guests.

  : Cute little apartment (basically a bedroom with small kitchen and bath) in a great location just minutes from the Plaza Mayor. Although in the middle of everything the apartment was very quiet at night.
  : The lighting system has a bit of a quirk. On the first day one light would continually go out after a few minutes and every so often all of the ceiling lights in the bedroom would come on. This actually happened at 4 in the morning as well! The system is very modern so I suspect some sort of "smart" timer device was active. I asked the owners to look at it and after that first day everything worked fine.

  : Located close to all touristic areas
  : Very noise at nights , The elevator stops on intermediate floors if you have a stroller or wheelchair it is not possible to go to your room directly because there are some stairs after elevator. The water drain in the bathroom is clogged , bed is small and uncomfortable.

  : Great location just minutes from the Plaza Mayor The apartment is quiet, although it is very close to highly trafficked areas A lot of restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarkets around. Nice and polite staff. Although the apartment is small, it is well equipped, small apartment interior.
  : It is not recommended for the elderly people (the elevator sometimes does not work, the space is quite small) Maybe a coffee machine would be useful.
