  : unprofessional and rude responses. no heating upon arrival being one if the colsdest winters in madrid, water cut in the middle of the stay. The ground floor is noisy. The cleaning in less visible areas has not happened for a while

  : Demand 500 dollars canadian equivalent to 300€ for two nights... yes maybe return all but it can take upto 10 days that your account gets credited. I dont know about you 500 dollars is abusive and after being stuck in spain for thirty days and many flight cancelations for the pandemic these so called hosts no open for any consideration of my situation that i wasnt able to comply to their extreme demande had to book elsewhere.Do yourself a favor go elsewhere. Many nice clean places for a few euros more . I prefere to have the money available on my credit card than these inhumane hosts. I leaned a good lesson to read the small print because when its confirmed its too late!!
