  : the apartment itself was good in size and cleanness with access via a lift. it was also well equipped
  : NO AIR CONVERY POOR WI FIspoke to the Administrator since arrival to have the A/C fixed but only received promises that would be fixed the next day but never did. apartment was very very hot.also WI-FI was very poor.paid for 3 nights but left after the 2nd as couldn't stand the heat and the lack of a decent Internet connection. moved to another hotel with better facilities. Still waiting to see if will get a refund for the night I didn't stay. also, Administrator mislead me regarding the nearest car park. sent me to a private one (Paco Miranda) instead of a public one. took me about 40 minutes driving until found a public one. the Administrator had no knowledge or whatsoever about where I could park my car for 3 days.

  : Easy to collect the keys, good communication with property owners. Clean and well equipped apartment. Free parking was available on a street near to the apartment.
  : Problem with the air conditioning unit in arrival at the property. It took a call to the owners to get it to work. It worked after a while but after going out for the evening the apartment wasnt very cool. Didnt seem powerful enough to keep the flat cool enough. Didnt enjoy a very good sleep.

  : Location really great, so quiet area, local food shop. Everything what you need for stay was there.

  : Keys were in lockbox and easy to access.
  : Key safe didn't work on way out so had to hide the keys! Curtain rail was not secured and fell on my foot but no major damage - I informed the hosts who were v responsive so all ok. Also, outside patio could do with a light. But these were minor things and overall the flat was great.
