  : Silvia at the front desk was very accomodating and responded quickly and kindly to any of our needs or requests. The apartment is ideally located, just a few blocks from all the action with a grocery store a few steps away. There was a small, friendly neighbourhood cafe just across the narrow street where we enjoyed breakfast each morning. There was a nice enclosed patio with seating and a collapsible rack for drying laundry.
  : We would have liked someone to re-hang the dropped drapery hooks to better close the drapes.

  : Clean. Safe. Lift. Nice little roof terrace. Lovely bedding. Comfortable beds. NB Shower over bath. Central. Lovely bar in Placa up the street, little corner shop & supermarket down the street.
  : Check-in a nightmare. Very very noisy street - 24-hour delivery traffic going over cobbles.

  : The apartment was a good size and was clean and comfortable. We were allowed to check in early.
  : The drain in the bathroom didn't work properly. It was a disability-friendly bathroom, which means there was no shower screen or shower tray. So the water went all over the bathroom. We asked for a change of room, but did not get one. It took two days to fix the drain, so for 2 of our 4 days we had to cope with a flooded bathroom, with all that entailed (e.g. extensive mopping after every shower, safety risk from slippery tiles). Secondly, they advertised that luggage storage was available. This is one of the reasons we selected this apartment, so we were very disappointed that there was no luggage storage on site - the offer to store luggage in their office (over a kilometre away and in an inconvenient location) did not meet our need for luggage storage.

  : The main reason we booked was that we could use the sun loungers on the roof terrace (as per the lead photos on the website) The price was good (at the time of booking)I like the district, just a bit back from the more touristy parts of Malaga but just a short walk and you are right in the centre of the city.
  : There was only one old sun lounger on the roof and it was nothing like the photos on the website (just a few old rickety chairs and tables.Ha we known this we would have booked an apartment at the beachfront.Also the price that was advertised jumped up by almost 60 (but this did not become apparent until 2 weeks before our arrival and thus too late to book anywhere else) The owner knows that they are going to add extras to the price so why not just say so at the time of booking?

  : Great location near the town centre you can reach it walking in 5/10 min, so you could access everywhere but not having the noise during night time as was bit apart, modern and beautiful decoration accurate in details, very clean too.You have small supermarkets just downstairs and a branch of Dia supermarket too around the corner, found the area safe if you arrive late there are some pubs down same street and always someone around si it s not isolated though.
  : Description of the property didnt mention about the 150 diposit as a protection guarantee although there were little defaults as shower hanger loose and toilet sit bit cracked, have to say that they refund it quickly too respecting timmings company said, was not mentioned either the 30 in concept of cleaning fee and the 10 in concept of booking fee, I think they should mention at the description too, concerning the terrace is not like in the picture, no sunbeds and that green chairs, just few normal chairs and one normal sunbed with a stain from a bird excrement so maybe was recently made too and couldn t be cleaned yetCompany offers to leave lugagges if you arrive earlier or after your check out too, so it s safe but note that takes nearly 20min walking from the accommodation to the office emplaced in beautiful area where buses and bus station is too.

  : Super location right before the beginning of the historic center. The host response was really great - fast reply on whatsapp. The rooftop was really nice to chill out and relax. Wifi worked really good as well.
  : We could not open the windows because it was right in front of the road. In the bathroom the ceiling was molding and there was no fan. Whenever you took a shower, the whole bathroom was flooded due to the handicapped accessibility shower.
