  : The location is very good. 3 mins walk to the beach and everything is by walking distance. The woman on the reception was very friendly.
  : The place is a bit small. It wasnt cleaned properly from the previous guest and the walls is very thin so you will hear all the noises from the apartment beside and on the upper floor.

  : Great location the apartment is close to the beach and within walking distance of the centre and places to visit. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed comfortable.
  : The apartment is very small - certainly not big enough for more than 2 people. It is in need of some refurbishment, The bathroom is unpleasant especially after a couple of days.We found the autonomous access system difficult and frustrating to use. Very disappointing.

  : The location was great. the keyless entry and the hand free check in and check out was a plus.Never had to see the staff and they were reachable by phone if you needed anything. kitchen was a good add to the room. The apartment building was nice, clean and with an elevator. Outside the apartment (streets)was safe. A market, a fruit store, multiple cafes, a pharmacy, a car parking and the beach at just 1-2 min walking distance.
  : the humidity and the cigarette smoke was a big negative issue. every time we got inside our allergies flare up. and we are not the allergic type couple. the a/c helped.when we arrive the first day, the the room had the windows open, which I suspect was to mask the smell. this issue should be addressed, like with special paint , and a dehumidifier might be needed. The bathroom had water damage. the wood and shower floor was affected. It did not really affected the function of the bathroom, but should be repaired. I imagine, most people dont care about it, if there goal is to be out in the beach and the city, but should be addressed. not a reason for not staying at the place, yet. the electricity when out once as I use too many appliances at the same time. I called the staff and it was easy to fix. The towels were an issue too. Because of the weather, they were wet all the time and as the place did not have a dryer, it was difficult to take a shower. humidity did not help neither.

  : Great location! Check-in was done in app so it was quick and easy. Good communication with Del Parque Flats trough WhatsApp. There was almost no noise coming from other flats so it was very peaceful and the building has an elevator.

  : Several things were quite disappointing. For checkin we had to go (with a 5 months old baby) to another part of the city to pick up the keys and then go to the flat, pure waste of hours of time. Even more disappointing at the checkout we had to bring the keys from the flat to the agency (under the threat of the 150 left as deposit).When we entered in the flat the bedlinen were dirty and full of hairs, the floor as well. So we had to do a washing machine and clean the floor by ourselves.Last but not least there were lot of traces of humidity (including bad smell) on the walls and the water was quite cold with a consequence of bad shower experience.
