  : Amazing location and view from the terrace. Good sized apartment with comfortable beds.
  : Sadly the property isn't maintained well and wasn't cleaned to the standard required. The upstairs bathroom drains also smell terrible and it really brings down the positive attributes of the property

  : Excellent Location.Lovely view of Alcazaba from Apartment 2C. Clean and spacious room. Good WiFi. Nespresso coffee machine.
  : No kettle. Electric cooker was a little tricky to master. Bathroom a little small and difficult to manoevre in. Good wet-room style shower, but water tends to leak onto floor of bathroom. Location is in pedestrian zone, so you have to walk with your cases from nearest drop off - however this was communicated when booking, so was not a surprise, and worth it for the location.

  : the reception does not answer the phone, in 10 nights we did not benefit from the room turn-in service, inadmissible, after 3 days of calling on the phone, our sheets were changed, the folding sofa, the 3rd bed was totally uncomfortable, the wire in bed it could be felt through the mattress, I put pillows, beds, everything I could find under the mattress. small and uncomfortable space for 3 people for 10 nights. I bought special products for cleaning the bathroom, in the description of the apartment it was not mentioned that you have to clean yourself, there is no toilet brush. please warn the customers that they have to organize themselves in cleaning the apartment. I do NOT recommend, disappointed, the only strong point was the location

  : The location of the room was fantastic.
  : Collecting the keys from a hotel down the road is not ideal when you have been travelling from early morning. Then to be handed a map of the town and told to 'find it yourself' is not good customer service. The property was not cleaned at all during our stay. Upon check in I was informed that if I wanted it cleaned then I would need to pay 50 per cleaning. I don't think this is acceptable & should have been pointed out when I made the booking. At the very least I would have expected the towels to have been changed at least once in the 5 night stay but they were not. I had booked a 1 bedroom apartment (The Loft) but when I checked in I got a studio - it was a very nice studio but I had purposely booked the 1 bedroomed apartment for personal reasons. This was disappointing. I did not point out to the reception desk the discrepancy because it would have meant me having to track back to the hotel where I had checked in!!
