  : Beautiful house with ALOT of storage, comfortable beds and right next to the beach. Staff communication was easy. Parking was alright. Super markets close by. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Everything you may need. There were even grocery bags and garbage bags available.
  : Building itself is not pretty, I received way too many email notifications, online checkin before the arrival was annoying. We had to pay for one extra towel gone missing, while I am sure we did not "steal" a towel.

  : We liked the apartment and the beautiful view. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed. Very clean and comfortable.
  : The road is noisy and the building is residential so for large groups of people you cannot sit out on the balcony after 10 pm and must be quiet between 2 pm and 4 pm. There was confusing information about this with information in the apartment contradicting Booking.com. There were no instructions about the appliances especially the air conditioning and so many light switches that turning out all of the lights took a day to discover. There were no recommendations for restaurants or shop's etc or transport link's into town which would have been helpful and we only discovered the day before that key collection was some way away from the apartment. However the office were helpful with arranging transfers etc.

  : The main issue we had was that the beds were all configured as doubles and there were only enough sleeping spaces for 8 people despite being a booking of 9. There also weren't enough towels for all. When we sent a message asking for more the response was that there were enough towels for 11 left. This was not true

  : The apartment was very clean
  : Collecting keys was a faff for 8 people with luggage....easier if someone had met us at the apartment. Lukewarm shower water. A bathroom sink which did not drain properly. Problems with neighbours.........we were 8 adults in their 50's returning back to the apartment at night after eating, and would sit and chat (no TV or music playing) inside because the outside terrace was not allowed after 10pm and neighbours constantly complaining of noise of which there was none. We complained to Caleta and were told 'not to worry'. We would not rent this apartment again.

  : we collected the keys from the letting agent's office, assistants there were very friendly, spoke fluent English which was a big help to us as we had zero Spanish and very informative re places to visit and where to eat.
  : The apartment was superb -only challenge was the lighting system - there were multiple switches across various rooms and it really was a puzzle trying to get the right light on in the right place!

  : The apartment was great and spacious. Well designed and in a great location, equipped with everything you need. The parking place is in the house and the beach nearby by walk. Each room has its own bathroom which is super convenient.
  : The stay would be fantastic but neighbor who keeps complaining when you make any sound or noise changed it. It was very inconvenient when we came in a group of people. We could not talk in the terrace and when closed in the living room any noise after 10pm was considered as violence of law. Considering the street was much noisier than us.:)
