  : On the day of our arrival, we got a message that the apartment we had booked was occupied and the host proposed us another apartment (that in our opinion was quite worse), but because that was the only alternative we agreed. Unfortunately, we haven't got any check-in details, so we called customer service and they told us that everything will be fine and once we arrive, someone will give us the keys. To our surprise, when we arrived to Malaga at 11 PM it turned out that the second apartment was also occupied and the host cannot provide us with any other alternative. In the end, in the middle of the night, we ended up without any accommodation. Worse experience ever.
