  : Clean and warm room . Hot powerful shower and good choise at breakfast. Evening meal was menu del day. Which was lovely ant filling at a reasonable price
  : The parking garage is very tight and bad to negotiate even with a small car god help you if you have a large car.Great for motorbikes

  : The parking as advertised on the website is nonexistent. Parking is always a must have feature when we stay in a hotel. Nearest parking was 300 metres down the street and that was free only until 09:00, before charges started. It was not even possible to stop outside the hotel on arrival, to ask about parking and unloading baggage, as all the spaces in the busy street were occupied. Reception was in a booth in a courtyard to the rear of the hotel and the receptionist was not the most helpful of people giving the impression he really didn't want to be bothered by anyone. As soon as we checked in and fetched our baggage he shut the booth, it remained shut all night and a key drop box served as checkout. The room was on the second floor, but there was no lift/elevator, just a tight, steep, spiral staircase, which was very difficult to negotiate with baggage for people of our age, (70+) and I would suggest for anyone else. The room was unheated, save for a pathetic electric towel rail in the bathroom, which didn't get warm to more than halfway up it, even though it was left on all night. The outside temperature was less than 2 degrees and the outside door to the courtyard was left open all night, in fact I don't believe it could be closed. Due to the lack of heat an attempt was made to turn on the ceramic hob unit but when an element was turned on it immediately turned itself off. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding inadequate for the temperature and even when our coats were laid over us to provide additional warmth that failed to keep us warm, therefore little sleep was obtained. Hot water was at best lukewarm so showering and shaving were both very uncomfortable. There were no restaurants open in the street or surrounding area, so our dinner consisted of some dried noodles that we had for emergency use in case of car breakdown in rural areas and we had breakfast in a fuel station.
