  : I asked at Reception is we could have a twin room rather then a room with a double bed and a single bed. She said we could but it turned out to be a double with Two small beds pushed together. I could have booked this for 70 euros but we wanted Twin which was not advertised. She should have made it very clear that the twin was infact a double with two small beds pushed together. I was cheated after paying 90 euros online for this and then given the standard double for 70 euros.I want a refund of 20 euros.

  : Clean and comfortable room. Most of the staff was friendly as we are used to in this hotel. It seems just one staff member had a bad day and being nice was asking too much effort. :-)
  : Maybe a full refurb is due? In our room a patch up of the bathroom door really looked tacky. But now we are really splitting hairs. Parking a challenge.

  : We needed to sleep and they had beds.
  : The breakfast was a little ropy. The coffee included in the 8.50 breakfast was especially disappointing. They have two machines and a cafetire all rubbish. You have to pay extra to get the good coffee from the big coffee machine behind the bar. I wish Id realised that at the time, but Id just woken up and my mind was hazy and I wasnt thinking straight. Plus I didnt know then how crap the coffee included in the breakfast would be. So I started a very long drive under-fuelled on coffee. Man, Ive gone on a lot about the coffee. Sorry. But still sort it Ibis.

  : There guttering outside my window was not working properly and as it was raining all I could hear was very loud continual dripping of water thats kept me awake
