  : - Great location - very close to the beach and a short walk away from the castle and marina - Excellent customer service - all employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful - Very clean and tidy rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, lovely walk-in shower, spacious rooms - Beautiful view of the sea and town from the balcony - Good selection and quality of food during breakfast service - All rooms and facilities as advertised
  : - I travelled solo, so I liked the room design, but for people wanting more privacy the way the toilets/showers are designed may not be good, - This is adults-only hotel, but there was a small (and quite noisy) child in the hotel who was especially annoying during the breakfast service, - It's a very minor issue but coffee could be better quality, - This is not hotel's fault, but during my stay it was really windy in Ibiza and the balcony door was making a strange "whistling" sound during the wind gusts - I had to sleep with earplugs in, - Also, the rooms (especially the doors) could be soundproofed better - I could hear everything/everyone in the hallway and in adjoining rooms.

  : it is on a beautiful location. the breakfast is super good. the value is great for the price but I did travel in the off season.
  : the 11am checkout and breakfast only until 10am

  : Nothing but would like to suggest to maybe have coffee options for different types of milk and decaf option for latte etc hot chocolate would be nice too.

  : The bed could be a bit more comfortable. The hallway could be better noise insulated regarding foot steps (carpet e.g.)
