: Location was good. Easy to find and check in. Friendly greeting. Very central. Close to the cathedral and near the buses to go to the Alhambra.

: Well furnished, ground floor studio apartment with dining table, small kitchen, plus sofa and TV. The bed was comfortable, and the extra memory foam pillows in the wardrobe were a nice surprise.Ideal location for exploring Granada.Would definitely recommend!
: The smoke detector was right above the bed and had a small light that was flashing all night, which kept us awake. We told the receptionist, and they confirmed they would check it. (The one time I didn't travel with an eye mask!)

: The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor which made me worried it would be noisy in the nights and morning but it wasnt too bad. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and lots of coffee pods. 2 sets of towels and good shower. Location was good, only 10 mins walk to main area with tapas restaurants etc
: We didnt have chairs and tables outside our room as in the pictures which would have been nice to sit outside the room at times.

: An elegant and historic hotel minutes away from the historic centre and in the midst of amazing restaurants and cafes. The taxi ranks and bus stops are just outside the little road leading to the hotel so getting around is so easy. The hotel itself is so elegant and tasteful and the room was so large and spacious. The coffee machine had more than ample pods and little biscuits. The kitchen is really well equipped and having a washing machine was so convenient especially if youre on a longish trip. The bathroom has nice amenities. The beds are so comfortable and there is good water pressure and water temperature. The staff are really lovely and helpful - thank you Angela and Davinia - they gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and cafes and were always smiling and gracious. Kind staff always make the stay enjoyable.
: Noise travels through the property - Mainly some guests are noisy even when its late - I guess the property cannot control that - ear plugs did the trick.

: Location and parking facilities were great Staff provided info re parking in the city however did not always respond to questions quickly. Clean and modern furnishings.
: Two out of three nights we had issues with power outages - resulting in loss of air conditioning/power and WiFi. This activated emergency lighting /smoke alarm that were illuminated all night = poor sleep :(

: Really beautifully renovated palace right in the city centre
: Our apartment had no balcony or outside terrace, the inside terrace was not really equipped to spend time there
