  : terrible place! Absolutely does not recommend it to anyone. No one changed the sheets on my bed and I had to sleep on a bed with blood and someone else's hair! disgusting!

  : I liked that the space of this hostel is clean, the common space and the kitchen area is tidy, and the rooms were clean. The bunk beds were a little squeaky but it was fine to sleep in. One of the receptionist was lovely (the kind receptionist with the hijab, thank you for your lovely suggestions, however I have unfortunately forgot your name!), she recommended my friend and I many activities to do and see in Granada!
  : There were several faults in this hostel which left a sour taste in my mouth. 1. Air Conditioning - the AC will automatically turn off sometime during your stay, as it is timed (around 6-8 hours from my experience). If you are staying during the warmer months (April - Sept), make sure the AC in your room is working before you leave for the evening. I was here during August, the hottest month of the year (40-42C everyday) and to our dismay, when we returned to our hostel at 10:30pm, we found that our AC has stopped working. This is upsetting as the dorm (10 bunk) was extremely small and completely occupied, meaning with no AC, the room will get stuffy very quickly. The number provided on the sheet they gave us did not connect to any service after 9:30pm as that is when they close reception. We weren't able to go down to reception either as they were unavailable. On my last night, I figured to call the number on Booking . com (+34 958 88 66 99) and asked the lady to come back to the establishment to turn the AC back on. This happened every night, and on the second night there was another staff member (the man) who was still in the building, and when I complained this issue to him, he proceeded to tell me that he isn't sure why that was happening (c'mon man, it happens every night and its so clearly timed, just please ensure it doesn't go off in the middle of the night during the hottest month). 2. Kitchen - compared to the other kitchens I have used in other hostels, this kitchen unfortunately lacked in my opinion. There was barely any ventilation (again, AC does not turn on here unless you ask, which is concerning for such a small room), and there was no kitchen fan, which means you have to open the door to let the smell / air out so it doesn't get stuffy for other people. However, this meant you also let the hot air in, and without the AC, this small kitchen can get unbearable very quickly.
