  : Its stratheic located and staff is friendly
  : Our room was at the attic. There is no elevator going straight to our room so we have to climb many stairs. That the least you want to do after all day walking see attractions. The hotel did not tell us in advanace that they want to place us there . We had two big lugagges. The receptionist asked us if we need help to carry our luggages, but we decided to carry it ourself. We only see one staff working and she is busy cleaning other guess room so we dont want to wait. When we entered our room i was little bit dissapointed beacuse its not what we saw on hotel photos. In the photos the room looks spacious. I guess since our room is at the attic they have to cut corners which make the room looks small. The only positif thing is we can see alhambra from our living room. Thats about it. Talking about cleanliness of the room i guess its just average. I dont know if they mop it daily but when we entered the room we can see handful of hairs and dust here and there. The good thing about this room is they have basic kicthenette and also washer. No dryer though which is common in europe. Plenty of hanger to dry your clothes.

  : Apartment was large, comfortable and had all that was needed for a 2 night stay. Location was great, so many food options and easy for walking around town and seeing everything. No car needed. Reception staff lovely, accommodating and allowed luggage storage.
  : Road access difficult with cars, taxi for 5 was impossible, we had to walk to train station with luggage 25mins and through closed streets, up hills and full.of people. Apartment explained options prior but we didn't expect how difficult it would be, also we stayed during Granada festival weekend with many road closures. Street noise/flamenco heard til late in evening, as bedroom windows are above bars - so was difficult for children to sleep, but that's spain.

  : Friendly and flexible staff that allowed us to check in early and check out late. The kitchen was adequate and functional.
  : The bathroom had a very bad sewer smell. The location was too busy and noisy. For a forty year old light sleeper, had horrible sleep both nights.Because we were traveling by train, we booked rooms that were centrally located. Big mistake! Lesson learnt. If you are visiting Granada and reading this, book a property in Albaicin - beautiful and much quieter.

  : Mold on the wall next to the bathroom and on the ceiling., the bed Was plit n 2 and all the night I fall n the Middle of the bed.
