  : Excellent location. convenient for everything we wanted to see. Nice bathroom with good shower. Room furnishings are basic but good with no frills tea/coffee facilities available. There was a safe in the room for valuables if needed. Air con worked well which was needed as Granada is hot in the summer. Excellent breakfast, with good variety of items and plenty of it.
  : This is our fourth visit and there is nothing in particular that we dislike.

  : Location! Location - proximity was exceptional. I booked a superior room with a Juliet balcony and view of the Alhambra and was given room 201. Beds are comfortable. AC works fine, The room was large and had a safe, large bathroom. There is an elevator. The breakfast is worth the price - juices, coffee, tea, fresh cut fruit, bread and pastries, eggs, sausages, bacon.
  : What I did not like about the property. As soon as I arrived, I was very hot from my travels, have a disability, have to use walking poles and was pulling in my luggage. Silvia the lady at reception did not appear very welcoming or friendly and asked to see my identification. All through my stay in Spain for 2 weeks at the different hotels they were ok with my passport picture on my phone, which I showed Silvia but she insisted on seeing the actual passport. I told her it was in my suitcase, which I had to lay down, open and retrieve. Even the Alhambra were ok with using my passport on my phone. Anyway I was given room 201. Throughout the day I seemed to notice she seemed disturbed by my presence, yet I saw her smiling and greeting other guests so well. Tired from my travels on the first night I went to bed early. There was some sort of party going on on the street level at one of the restaurants and they had tables and umbrellas right underneath my window. There was loud talking, music, singing and I could not sleep till 1 am. Not a great start to my stay. In the morning I went down to reception and met Rosia, she was much more pleasant and helpful. I told her what happened and she offered me earplugs and to move me to another room, same category but higher floor which was 402. This worked very well for my second night. Went to breakfast there was this young girl who took my name and room number and kept running in and out, no attention to the breakfast and restocking the dishes, cold eggs, no explanation on how to use this unique coffee machine, I figured it out. for Euros 13 an Irish couple in the breakfast room with me said they would not be back. The next day as I had paid for it. I did return and the breakfast room was better attended to by Nacho, replenishing the dishes bringing fresh hot eggs out, checking everything.

  : The location is brilliant. You go out the front door to a beautiful plaza full of restaurants. Turn right, and you are directly in the good tapas area with all the small cute streets. Turn left and you are walking along a beautiful river valley with views of the Alahambra. It’s right in front of a stop for tue tourist train. The staff were very helpful too, and super friendly and very accommodating with holding the bags for us on checkout day.
  : Maybe don’t stay here if you’re looking for somewhere quiet. The walls are very thin (could hear next door having a shower), and you can hear the traffic on the street outside. Didn’t bother me, I wore the ear plugs they supplied
