: The rooms actually look much better than in the pictures! Everything was new and clean. Location is central and staff are very friendly. No breakfast in the accomodation itself, but there is a good bakery nearby. Overall very good value for money.
: Not much to complain. The train tunnel is very nearby, and in our room we could hear (and feel) the trains passing. However, train service is not very frequent, and no trains at night. All in all the room is very quiet, given the location.

: Location is OK to the center (15 min walking). The staff was nice, internet worked good.
: In general, the cleaning is bad. Had to change rooms because the first one was smelling a lot of cigarettes. The second room smelled nice but it was dirty. The bed covers had holes and overall there was dirt everywhere. Plus, the walls are super thin and you can hear EVERYTHING from room to room. The street is a bit noisy too and the building shakes when lots of cars pass by. Finally, there was a green emergency light in the room super bright and didn't allow me to sleep properly.

: Location, there was a fridge, supplied toiletries Had it but been for my comments below I would have stayed here again.
: Having to book in online as this is almost a staff less hotel. This was annoying as I was driving to the hotel and had to park on the side of the road to do it as they chased me up. Had it been my son who arrived in spay that day he wouldn't have had any data to do it.This hotel is built over a railway line which passes underground and shakes the building. The man in the room next door had his tv on at 7.30 so loud you could hear it in the corridor yet alone in our bedroom. I know this isn't the hotels fault.

: It is not far from the train and bus stations, which is what I needed. My flight was late at night and they cooperated through WhatsApp to make my check-in smooth.
