  : The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. It was perfect for our overnight stay before an early flight but now having stayed there, I would also have no doubts about staying for a longer break in the Alicante region. Facilities are basic, but bed, bathroom and clean surroundings are all here!A large room and never any issues with hot water.Breakfast was also available but we left too early to try.We used the local bus to get to the airport. First bus was 07:05. (Hourly all day) Fare was only 1.55 and it took only six minutes to the terminal departures door.There is only one stop in the town and that is is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel doorBuses also stop here for Alicante city, and in the other direction down to Pillar de Horadada. Connections can also be made to cover all major cities.There was a local beach within walking distance and there's a supermarket, several bars, shops and cafes in the surrounding streets.El Altet is a small town, with a genuine Spanish feel. Pretty rare on the Costas & we loved it!
  : There wasn't anything that would stop us returning. Having said that, we always consider what we have paid for the room.Be aware it's basic facilities for a low price and if that's not for you...pay double at the ibis and get exactly the same!Some things that may become an issue at busier times (we stayed October).....No carpets on the tiled corridor floor made trolley cases and voices quite loud.The room doors did make a loud noise when closing. I blamed next door neighbours but I tried very carefully and it still happened (but they were noisy people generally - especially at 01:30.) *PLEASE CAN PEOPLE REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE NOT ON THIS PLANET BY THEMSELVES* Thank you.Located at the end of the runway, there was some aircraft noise, but it wasn't as annoying as our neighbours were though!

  : It's a quite nice room with bathroom. And bathroom with a bath!
  : The neighbours where quite loud in the night and we could hear them through the walls.
