: My recent stay at La Bodega Suites was truly delightful. From the outset, we were warmly greeted by Alex, the hotel manager. What truly stood out during our stay was the excellent communication facilitated through WhatsApp. The manager was incredibly responsive, making the entire experience seamless and convenient. He not only provided us with valuable recommendations on must-visit places but also provided a detailed map and transportation options. This thoughtful gesture made exploring the city incredibly convenient and added a personal touch to our stay. Quick replies to inquiries and requests contributed significantly to the overall satisfaction of our visit.
: However, I would like to share a couple of observations that, while not detracting significantly from the positive experience, are worth noting. Despite the hotel's clear policy on maintaining a quiet atmosphere after 11 PM, some guests seemed to disregard this rule, behaving rather noisily during late hours. While this did not ruin our stay, it was a bit unexpected and mildly disruptive. Another point to mention is the bathroom, where we noticed a slight issue. The lack of adequate ventilation seemed to contribute to a minor mold presence on the shower walls. Although this did not greatly affect our overall satisfaction, addressing this concern could enhance the overall comfort of guests.
