  : Terrible hotel! I was completely disappointed. Firstly, it is very old. The rooms are smoky, dirty, the furniture is broken, the windows do not open or close properly, causing a terrible stale smell in the room. There was also not even a bottle of water or slippers available. Secondly, the air conditioner was not working for cooling!!!! How is this even possible????? It was +25 degrees outside with bright sunshine, the windows wouldn't open and the air conditioner was not working. Is this normal? When I went to the reception to ask for another room, they told me there were no available rooms, although there were plenty of available rooms on BOOKING. Later I came back and said that it was impossible to stay in the room because it was hotter than outside, after which some woman with a displeased face brought me a fan and went about her business (she didnt even come up to my room with me or offer to help me carry it). The fan didnt help at all and if I could have, I would have left this dreadful hotel that same day. Thirdly, the breakfast was horrible. It was absolutely not worth the money. Very poor selection, the juice was expired with mold, the food looked stale. The only decent thing was the fruit. There was no greens at all. Finally, the attitude of the staff. I remember two women: one looked like an administrator in a red jacket, the other was in a gray suit with dark hair - they behaved extremely arrogantly. When I went downstairs, they wouldnt even look up, let alone greet me, they didnt want to solve any problems and treated the guests as if we owed them something. I will never stay at this hotel again! 1 out of 10 is too much for this place. What four stars are you talking about???? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  : Little bit noisy as we had a room next to the lift, but it was not too bad.

  : Nothing more than a receptionist called Simone. Taxi to the hotel was a good gesture.
  : Room rate was too expensive for such hotel, room was always hot and noise from the street, no water to drink in the room, amenities was poor, no international TV news Channels in English.
