  : Fantastic location, easy to find, quiet bedroom.
  : The breakfast was OK, but there was no chilled cold water, the bread was tired, and the dining room a bit dark and depressing. We thought the staff could have been more welcoming - for instance, having ready clear instructions on where to park and more importantly where not to park. The bar was not at all attractive and no obvious outside space.

  : Perfect location for a trip in Cuenca. Its right in the middle of the old city centre, close to all the sights and there is free parking just a 5 min walk from the hotel. The staff are extreme friendly and helpful. The price quality relation for this hotel is just unbeatable, I would definitely stay here again.
  : The rooms could use a little bit of a refresher but since we only slept there it was actually perfect. The beds are also very comfortable. The only negative side was that our room was on the street side and quite loud.

  : A simple, plain room with modern furnishings and separate shower room. No bath as we had originally requested. Stunning views from balcony. No tea or coffee-making facilities in room. No mini-bar or fridge. Overnight car parking expensive - 23 equiv - in adjacent covered park. Only locals permitted in nearby free parking area. For those with mobility problems the location does present issues of access to the local attractions, bars, restos and museums etc - steep hill in either direction.

  : The staff at reception were friendly and efficient whilst the hotel itself is well-placed in the historic part of Cuenca. There were however issues: there was no minibar and when we called reception the gentleman came up and, opening the wardrobe and looking in corners, did his best to find it. Being unsuccessful he kindly brought one up but, four hours after being switched on, the temperature inside remained the same as that outside. The reading lights on each side of the bed failed to work but the same gentleman, having tried every permutation of switches, was obliged to give up and offered no solution. We thought that the provision of two shower heads in the shower area was a tad OTT especially when there was no shelf on which to put toiletry bags. Though a desk was advertised, the only possible article of furniture which could be used in that way was far too high for the only chair in the room. Supper was a disappointment for the lamb kebab was so dry as to be inedible (to be fair, it was returned and not charged for) whilst the vegetables accompanying the pork chop comprised two thin slices of potato. Not that the experience was all bad: the room was a pleasant one and its view quite remarkable.

  : Simply furnished room, but very clean with comfy bed and fabulous view from window. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Five minutes walk from free parking up near castle.
  : No food available before 8.30pm, not even snacks.
