  : Comfortable bed. Good shower
  : NO Aircon. Arrived 12pm. Staff told us aircon would be operating at 3pm. We went out and returned 7pm. Temperature in room about26.5C. Staff told us to set 30C degrees and room would cool. WRONG. Could not sleep until 3.30 am - most unsatisfactory

  : It was great having a park opposite the Hotel as we were travelling with a dog so it was easy to exercise
  : There was no yogurt at breakfast. It was far away from the old town.

  : The friendly, informative receptionist who asked if we would like to view the room first, and then change it if we weren't happy. She also gave us useful route information for when we were leaving. Good breakfast, room and bed very comfortable. Underground parking great.

  : Modern and spacious room.
  : 1. Did not like the scent spayed in the hotel lobby. 2. Took the stairs during our stay and stairway landing was not adequately cleaned - garbage left by guests not taken away for at least a couple of days. 3. The lighting on the bathroom is "painfully" bright. There are no options to tone it down! 4. Booking charged my card 5 days before arrival. After check-out, the hotel charged me twice and had to inform them about it. They eventually corrected it but because of dynamic currency conversion, I am paying extra for the mistake the hotel made!

  : We arrived on a Sunday evening and were told the restaurant was closed, but they showed us where many restaurants in the neighbourhood were located. Next morning the hotel called a taxi for us to go to the old town, Plaza Mayor where the Cathedrale was, euro 8. We took the bus back to the hotel, euro 1,20. The bus stop is in front of the Cathedrale and also close to the hotel. We do not recommend to drive your own car because the roads are very narrow closer to the top of the old town. The Cathedrale is beautiful, and the hanging houses and the bridge right behind the church are very nice. Everything walking distance. The hotel has an underground parking garage which is very convenient, take the lift to the reception and to the room. We liked Cuenca very much.
