  : The staff were amazing, they worked exceptionally hard to keep the place very clean and tidy.The room was cleaned every day. I was happy to see a small supermarket on site and another one just a short walk away.The bus stop on the main road is very useful to get to the hotel via public transport from the airport. Also for a short trip into Corralejo (1.40 each way)
  : It is a shame there is no smoking allowed on the balconies.There really needs to me some shaded area to sit in the pool area. The parasols are only for the loungers.There was a good variety of food, however it was very repetitive. Some of it was not very well cooked and for the most part it was quite bland.

  : I liked it all it's very good value for money really surprisingly actually.I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.The beds were super comfortable and the air con in the room was fab
  : Well when I was checking in I was not given a bracelet so when I went to bar I was asked why. The waitress was very nice and understanding.When I went to reception and asked why I didn't have a bracelet the man who checked me in did not apologise and made it out as if I was in the wrong. This was the only time in my stay that I felt the service and customer care was let down. Other than that I was very pleased with my over all stay. I have stayed 4 times now and really enjoy your hotel. I will definitely come back.

  : Location is really nice as its right on a beautiful beach, the whole resort has so much potential and lots of entertainment. Staff generally were lovely. Wifi wasnt widespread but thats okay. We really wanted to enjoy our stay.
  : We stayed for 5 days and after our first full day me and my partner got food poisoning for the subsequent 4 days and literally could not leave our room without vomiting and collapsing. We only ate at the hotel so there is literally nowhere else we could have got it from - we also spoke to many families experiencing the same thing and when my partner first vomited in the pool toilet area he saw two other men that had just thrown up too. When telling the reception about our experience, they offered nothing and rejected our claims. There are many other reviews stating this same thing, so i recommend to any potential travellers to NOT ignore this, risk your health and ruin your holiday, and instead stay somewhere else till this issue is acknowledged. Ive seen the hotel respond to many of these reviews saying it might just be our system adapting to different climates which is just ridiculous because me and my partner have been travelling the past year and have never experienced anything like this. BEWARE. Such a shame. It is not safe to stay at this resort till something changes and they stop ignoring the issue.

  : Location, entertainment, food and ambience A excellent wonderful welcome gesture in our room was incredibly kind. Cleaning staff were incredibly professional in how they cleaned our room.
  : I was told by employee to use a particular sunbed and then shortly after was shouted out by 3 native male Spanish speakers that it had been reserved for them. It was not a nice experience and I was under impression sun beds were not to be reserved for anybody as per contract we signed upon arrival. I was asked to leave and felt embarrassed that the male employee did not admit he was the one who directed me to use that sunbed and then denied it. It was bullying at its worst. Because I dont speak Spanish I was at a disadvantage.
