  : - Every single area of the hotel, including the pool areas, guest rooms, reception and dining areas, were spotlessly clean and well maintained.- The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Always friendly, helpful and genuinely care about the guest experience.- Quick and easy check in - Fast, free WiFi- Great quality starters, mains and salad bar at the buffet. I doubt anyone would struggle to find something they enjoyed!- our suite was spacious, modern and comfortable with great air conditioning and a lovely view of the pool - The rooftop infinity pool area was stunning, with ample loungers and a lovely bar- Great location, a comfortable walk into the centre of Corralejo and to the stunning sand dunes.
  : - In my opinion, the hotel let itself down with the alcohol on the standard All Inclusive. I understand having local brands, but the quality of the spirits, wine and sparkling wine was particularly poor to the point that some drinks (in particular the coconut rum, brut and vodka) did not taste nice.- Dessert, with the exception of a fantastic chocolate fountain one evening, was also very repetitive and not the quality I would have expected. - The swimming pools were ice cold. I have read there are mandated restrictions on heating and cooling so perhaps beyond the hotel's control.- The rooftop infinity pool area is only open 11-5. This is far too restrictive and should be 10am - 5.30pm to enjoy the weather.

  : We booked a Superior suite through booking.com. The description said there was a separate bedroom and lounge but there actually wasn't. It wasn't the hotels fault but the description needs amending.

  : The Zensation block is worth the extra money for the AC . Gino the entertainment manager is fantastic and does his best to get everyone involved. The staff are beyond amazing I've never seen staff work so hard with a smile on their face all the time.
  : More staff needed overall, we were well looked after BUT we felt to the detriment of the existing staff , fair is fair! Use of single use plastic way in excess of what it could be with a little thought. We all have to do our bit to contribute to our future . When booking with booking.com it does not make it clear EXACTLY what you are entitled to as a superior room guest of the Zensation block. What was included last visit seems to have changed to lesser entitlements. Best to specify so no ambiguity. e,g.days you can use of roof top pool, premium drinks

  : The food was delicious, swimming pool area was nice, coffee and tea facilities in room, staff always polite and smiley.
  : We didn't have an air conditioner at our room, only a fan, what didn't help, so it was very hot inside.

  : Staff were amazing and very helpful throughout. Infinity pool area was very relaxing. Meals had a large variety. Short walk to the main strip.
  : We were unable to get a double bed so had two singles pushed together which always moved.
