  : Location v central - though there are quite a few (better) hotels also in the same area
  : Hotel doesnt have any reception available on weekends so I arrived after long ferry journey unable to get into building. This was not mentioned by the hotel before (a quick message informing guests of this would resolve this. Dont accept bookings if you cant support them..). Fortunately a friendly cleaner helped me, despite language differences. But I did worry I would have to look for alternative accommodation. The only contact I had from reception/management was the next morning where they were unfriendly and demanded I paid the tourist tax before I left. Rooms are hot, basic and uncomfortable. Way overpriced.

  : Great location, appreciated having water and coffee. Only met staff right before leaving, but they were nice. Overall pleasant stay.
  : Check in procedure should be communicated beforehand. Also found a few papers in the room for us to fill in even though no one told us to. Only found out how to pay local taxes right before we left. Bed is very hard. Doors way too loud.

  : Located in centre of Ciutadella in a beautiful old building.
  : The room does not have AC. They have installed super big fans that are very noisy. The sound from the street is loud at night and early mornings, with the bad window sealings it wa hard to sleep. Not the right choice for a peaceful getaway

  : I think it meets the expectations for someone who seen already the photos here on booking. The builiding is very beautiful. The location is also great, right in the center of Ciutadella, where you have access to a lot of buses that can go to other parts of the island. The room is very simple, but it has what you need for a stay of few days. The beds are made every day and towels are changed every 2 days. There is also a shared room with a microwave, a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle for anyone who wants to use them.
