  : Location, the staff attitude very bad and aggressive . U have to collect keys from place different from the property, which mentioned in not clear way in website as they manpulating. Also, if u want to kepp ur laggage till flight time, u should keep them in a thisrd place three different places absolutely bad choice

  : The area in general had a high concentration of mosquitos. Overall trip was amazing but mosquito bites were an issue

  : Just a short distance to the main centre of Barcelona and La Rambla from the apartment. Was clean and tidy and very much as we expected.
  : Not that I didn't like, but I would have liked perhaps an information/arrival pack in the apartment - didn't find the sweeping brush, etc, until day 3! The odd basic kitchen items were missing, i.e., chopping board, no proper size drinking glasses, and no plug for kitchen sink. Also, perhaps some suggestions of nice restaurants nearby and a list of things to do and see in Barcelona would have been nice.

  : Air con in every room worked very well, balcony, washing machine and stand up dryer, the two bathrooms were handy when you have a teenager who likes to spend a long time getting ready (we stayed in flat 4 on the second floor). There are shops at the bottom of the road just around the corner where you can get your necessities from. The first one just a few blocks away overcharged us on the first day so we didn't go there again but there's plenty more as you turn the corner. The flat is a few minutes walk away from La Rambla. We also found a lovely restaurant on the way called Sabanna with great food and service. If you go to the main road from the flat and turn left, you will come to a square with some restaurants and cafes. Also 5 minutes walk from there we found this amazing Chinese restaurant called Little Foodie that served authentic food and had great friendly service. We didn't need to pick up the keys from a different address which would've been a bit of a pain. They changed to a new system where you receive an electronic key once you download the app and register your phone number. You will have to reset this daily (I believe for security).
  : Nothing major, just a couple of little things. The TV was left with German subtitles and we tried but couldn't change it to English. We would have liked to be able to use the coffee machine but couldn't find coffee pods in the neighbourhood shops and didn't know where to get them from. Maybe the host could put together a simple information folder and leave out for guests (lots of places we've been to have them). The host is very responsive when you ask something but we didn't want to keep bothering them.
