  : The staff (Andrea? & Nina?) tried their best to make the best of the dissapointing facilities.
  : Trying for a modern feel and design but totally miss on functionality. Shower drain can't keep up with shower; shower floor not sloped enough toward drain; water all over floor; electrical shock hazard! No shelf in shower for shampoo, etc. No towel hooks/racks in bathroom. Bathroom exhaust fan not functioning. Sheer curtains difficult to maneuver around patio doors to avoid getting tangled. Digital keypad access was intermittent. Had to call staff multiple times to get in. Finally got it stabilized with phone app and holding the phone directly to the pad. No maid service ($28/day extra). No coffee/cream/sugar. No instructions on washer/dryer. Location pretty far from historical sites but oh well. Breakfast on roof top was pretty minimal not gratis. $400/night I would have expected more.

  : The room as modern, clean and spacious enough for a couple. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
  : Had trouble checking in with the provided PIN number to get into the building and room. It was at least a 30 min. walk from the city centre and gothic quarter and not as close as what was stated in reviews.TV was set up for Spanish shows only and option to use English subtitles in the tv settings did not work.No written instructions provided to use the dishwasher, washing machine and electric stove top.
