: Host Anto was really helpful and made it very easy to check in, as well as, giving a lot of directions and guidelines about the city.

: this apartment is large and was well equipped for my stay with family.
: when we arrived the apartment was cold and the heater didnt work. But the staff were on to this immediately and two heaters were brought the next day and the place was lovely and warm for the rest of our time. It could be down to the size of the communal space.

: Nice and large apartment in a good location
: Bed mattress was not amazing and minor repairs needed (i.e. toilet in one of the rooms didn't work well)

: I thought the location was very accessible to the centre of the city. The apartment was clean and a good option for a family traveling to the city.
: I didn't like that nobody met you at the apartment with keys etc. It was difficult to contact the management company to find out the answers to queries. When I did get to speak to someone they were friendly but didn't know the apartment and didn't know for example questions such as where to park. They emailed me back later with a car park which was not beside the apartment although there was one around the corner. Also there was little information inside the apartment as to how to work the heating for example, the information booklets would need to be updated.
